The Autonomous Region is a dynamic San Francisco-based urban rock band presenting original music reflective of the unique Bay Area experience. Vocalist and songwriter Caroline Cabading leads an eclectic blend of musicians who have performed professionally in the genres of Metal, Hip Hop, Punk, Funk, R&B, and Jazz and now come together as The Autonomous Region, drawing from all of these elements to create an exciting and unique sound that is at times edgy as it is sarcastically humorous. Highly influenced by San Francisco's heritage as the home of music innovators and anarchistic thinkers, The Autonomous Region's sound is infused with progressive commentaries brought to life by the full-out passion expressed in their live stage performances.
